Designed as part of an energy update study, the proposal aims to grant the building with its existing structure. The update of the composition of the facade allows proposing a contemporary image inspired by the buildings of the 60s from which the building emerged. Focusing on openings, the facade incorporates all the technical elements necessary for the insulation and protection against overheating of the building.
